Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness shows when she was a teenager. The Pro Card was granted a year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. After only one year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take the time off from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she was in prior events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. By the end of 2009 she won four more health titles. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position within the fitness division even though she being completely unprepared. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device as well as the seated rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the work outs. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
